Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana has been launched to make the unemployed youth of the country employment-oriented. Under the Rail Kaushal Yojana, the unemployed will get a chance to hone their skills according to their interest, under which free training will be given to the candidates. Under Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana 2023, 100 hours of training is being given in 18 working days in 75 training centers of 17 zones and 7 product units of Indian Railways, in which 75% attendance is mandatory for the person while minimum 55 in return to pass . There should be 60 percent in percent and practical, as well as no reservation has been given in this scheme and after completion of training, the trainees will be given certificates.

• Candidates will be selected for this scheme according to the merit list prepared on the basis of 10th marks and trade option.
• The training period for Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana 2023 has been kept for 100 hours or 3 weeks, after which it is mandatory for the candidates to score minimum 55% in written examination and minimum 60% in practical.
